Ann Mitchell - Lethbridge County, Chief Administrative Officer
Ann Mitchell offers over 27 years’ experience in the municipal sector, including fifteen years in the role as CAO in various municipalities. Ann holds a B. A. from Lakehead University, an Executive Diploma in Municipal Administration from the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO), her Certified Municipal Officer (CMO) from AMCTO, a Masters in Municipal Leadership from York University, Schulich School of Business. Ann is currently enrolled in the Masters in Leadership through Royal Roads University.
Ann is a Certified Professional Coach through the ICF as well as a Certified Workplace Investigator through AWI.
Ann is extremely passionate about the public sector and works on various boards and organizations to further improve this area. She is a mentor to younger senior managers and CAO candidates as she feels we must continue to recruit the younger generation into local government.
