Peter Casurella - Southgrow Regional Economic Development

Peter Casurella is the Executive Director of SouthGrow Regional Economic Development, an alliance of 26 cities, towns, villages and counties in south-central Alberta that collaborate together to improve the local economy. Peter is an accomplished communicator with three post-secondary degrees and is passionate about what he does. He has participated in broadband initiatives at both the provincial and federal level through the RMA and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and is one of the authors of the recently released Cost-Benefit Analysis of Alberta Broadband. Other areas of focus that he works on are marketing the agri-food economy of southern Alberta, and renewable energy.
